It was impossible to build a real business that actually worked
I have always strived to improve myself in all areas. But as we grew as a construction company and developer, we found it increasingly difficult to be active in every area. Despite our efforts to implement improvements and create effective documents and tools, only a few followed through, leading to broken agreements both internally and externally.
I wanted to improve, so I read books and hired coaches to understand all the parameters of running a business, such as finance, quality and organization. I began to notice patterns in our failures. I was tired of wasting knowledge, money and constantly feeling stressed. I was ready to give up.

I realized that no system effectively connected people's health and performance
Existing systems and methods were more about paperwork than actual practice. We had to manage the processes ourselves and often noticed anomalous behavior too late, causing recurring problems, broken agreements and terrible scheduling.
I imagined a tool where everyone could integrate, where everyone's voice counted and where soft values and hard values were combined to create a real company. I understood the impact this could have on the construction industry—monetary effects, quality improvements, better health, and a positive environment where everyone was motivated to contribute.
